WHAT ARE YOUR OPENING HOURS?
Monday: CLOSED
Tuesday - Friday: 12pm - 9pm
Saturday & Sunday: 10am - 3pm

We are located at 1/2902 Logan Road, Underwood QLD 4119. Look for the big Dog House Collectables sign upstairs.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes! We ship Australia-wide and internationally via Australia Post. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
- Standard (Australia): 3-5 business days
- Express (Australia): 1-2 business days
- International: 7-21 business days depending on destination

IS SHIPPING FREE?
Standard shipping is free on Australian orders over $100. All other orders have shipping calculated at checkout.

DO YOU OFFER CLICK AND COLLECT?
Yes! Select "Pickup in store" at checkout and collect your order from our Underwood store. Orders are usually ready within 2-4 hours.

CAN I RETURN TRADING CARDS OR SEALED PRODUCTS?
No. Due to the nature of collectables and the risk of product tampering, all trading card products including sealed wax, singles and graded cards are final sale. This is standard practice across the collectables industry. Please see our full Refund Policy for details.

CAN I RETURN NON-CARD ITEMS?
Yes. Non-TCG items such as toys, LEGO and accessories can be returned within 14 days if they are sealed, unused and in original packaging. Contact us before sending anything back.

WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS AUTHENTIC?
Yes. All products are sourced from authorised Australian distributors. We guarantee the authenticity of every product we sell, including all graded cards.

DO YOU BUY OR TRADE CARDS?
Yes! We buy, trade and consign. Bring your collection into the store for a free appraisal or email us photos for a quote.

DO YOU HOST EVENTS OR TOURNAMENTS?
Yes! We host regular trade nights, tournaments and community events. Follow us on Facebook and Instagram for upcoming events.

DO YOU HAVE LAYBY OR AFTERPAY?
We do not offer LAYBY but we do offer After Pay. We accept all major credit cards(except American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay at checkout.

CAN I SEE THE STORE BEFORE VISITING?
