REFUND & RETURN POLICY
Dog House Collectables wants you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully before ordering.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON THE FOLLOWING ITEMS:
- Trading Card Game (TCG) products including sealed booster boxes, packs, tins and ETBs
- Sports cards (sealed and singles)
- Graded cards (PSA, BGS, CGC or any other grading company)
- Single trading cards
- Opened or unsealed products of any kind
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Pre-order items that have been shipped
Due to the nature of collectables and trading cards, and the risk of product tampering or counterfeit substitution, we cannot accept returns on any of the above items. This is standard practice across the collectables industry.
CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS (Non-TCG Items Only)
- Non-TCG items (toys, LEGO, accessories, etc.) may be returned within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be sealed, unused, and in original packaging
- Items must be in re-sellable condition
- Proof of purchase is required
- Return shipping is at the buyer's expense
- A 10% restocking fee may apply
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
- Email info@doghousecollectables.com.au with your order number
- Do NOT send items back without contacting us first
- We will provide return instructions if your return is approved
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
- If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you
- Items damaged due to shipping will be assessed on a case-by-case basis
REFUND PROCESSING
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was on our end
AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW
- This policy does not exclude, restrict, or modify your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
- You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage
