Terms of service

By purchasing from Dog House Collectables you agree to the following terms.

GENERAL
- All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST
- We reserve the right to update prices at any time without notice
- Product images are for illustration purposes and minor variations may occur

ORDERS
- Orders are confirmed once payment has been received
- We reserve the right to cancel orders if stock is unavailable and will issue a full refund
- Cancelled orders may incur a processing fee to cover merchant transaction costs

TRADING CARD PRODUCTS
- Sealed trading card products are sold as-is — we do not guarantee specific card pulls
- All TCG products including sealed wax, singles and graded cards are final sale
- We do not accept returns or exchanges on any TCG product due to the risk of product tampering and counterfeit substitution
- By purchasing TCG products you acknowledge and accept this policy

GRADED CARDS
- Graded cards are sold based on their professional grade and are final sale
- We guarantee authenticity of all graded cards sold through our store
- Any concerns about authenticity must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence

PRODUCT AUTHENTICITY
- All products sold by Dog House Collectables are authentic and officially licensed unless stated otherwise
- We source directly from authorised Australian distributors
- If you believe you have received a counterfeit product, contact us immediately with evidence

PRE-ORDERS
- Pre-order items will be shipped when stock arrives from the manufacturer
- Estimated release dates are provided by manufacturers and may change
- Full payment is required at time of pre-order
- Pre-orders cannot be cancelled once placed

CLICK AND COLLECT
- Click and collect orders must be collected within 14 days of receiving your pickup notification
- Orders not collected within 14 days will be cancelled and refunded less a 10% restocking fee

LIABILITY
- Dog House Collectables is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers
- We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier
- We recommend selecting tracked and insured shipping for valuable items

GOVERNING LAW
- These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia
